Groupon’s managing editor has accepted a position at Wrapports, Jim Romenesko reports.

I’m curious to see what changes take place at email marketing giant Groupon under new editorial direction. A brand and concept that started out fun and quirky has, quite frankly, devolved into something fairly amateurish. It’s going to take more than a desperate quip or two to hold people’s attention amid growing competition.
